Our flight training center in North Carolina is located in Lumberton along Interstate 95, 20 miles south of Fayetteville and just a one-hour drive from the Atlantic Ocean. Learning to fly in the state that was "First in Flight" gives you unique experiences such as flying high over the sandy-beaches and the beautiful Appalachian Mountains.

The John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences (UND Aerospace) is known worldwide in the aviation industry for its high standards of excellence in education. "It's sort of like Harvard at 35,000 feet."

At Robeson Community College, you complete the first two years of training and education toward a four-year bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota's prestigious aerospace science program. You will obtain your private pilot license, commercial pilot license, and instrument rating plus complete general education courses at Robeson Community College that form the foundation of a degree in one of the majors listed below.
